CAL-MSCS, in partnership with San Bernardino City Unified School District, invites educator teams to the first Computer Science Community of Practice of the 2026-2027 school year. Taking place on October 13, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in San Bernardino, this immersive professional learning experience will bring educators together to explore authentic, student-centered approaches to integrating computer science across disciplines.
Participants will step inside real learning environments, examine promising instructional practices, and collaborate with educators from across California. Together, teams will consider how integrated computer science can strengthen creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving while expanding meaningful learning opportunities for all students.
